• HJS 200 cells sport catalyst set included.
• Product optimized to the maximum both in overall dimensions and in discharge flows.
• Best possible acoustic output and the best performance efficiency, preserving the correct exhaust gas back pressure values.
• Exhaust with valves for a double sound, in which we have a very pleasant and comfortable sound, with closed valves, and a much sportier and captivating sound with open valves.
• The valves are designed and manufactured according to very innovative criteria that give high reliability and immediate response to the opening / closing command implemented via remote control.
• The exhaust is equipped with a control unit that allows you to open and close the valves, making the exhaust system completely independent (and reliable) from the electronic management of the car.
• This gives the system a great versatility of use as, depending on the set setting, it works autonomosly but always chosen by the driver according to an immediate need for use.
• In particular we have the possibility of setting three different settings:

– Cruise

– Sport

– Open

• Cruise and Sport keep the valves closed and open them with different exhaust gas back pressure values. In particular, cruise opens at 150mbar and sport opens at 80mbar. In practice, this translates into this way:

– I am on the motorway at 130 km/h and I do not want to ear too much the sound of the engine, I set the “cruise” mode an the valves remain closed until, for example for overtaking, I shift down and press on the accelerator, so I generate a greater flow rate and back pressure of the gases in the exhaust line, the control unit instantly reads the pressure value and opens the valves. As soon as I return to a constant speed, the valves automatically close again.

– I am instead in the mountains, or on a path were I decide to “have fun”: I select sport mode and the valves open with a much lower counter pressure value (80mbar). So just accelerate on the gas and immediately the valves open.

– I am in a situation were I want to have the maximum sound and I set the open mode, the valves always remain open without taking into account the back pressure.
